Often times, God fights for us and we just get to enjoy the victory. But sometimes He asks us to fight too. Life isn't perfect just because we choose to follow the Lord. God wants us to prove our faith in Him by acting on it. Sometimes that takes courage. The comfort isn't that He takes away all our troubles but that He is with us in the midst of them and that He is able to supply us with all we need even when things are hard.
