Is it enough to just say we believe or do we have to prove it in some way? The Israelites had to prove their faith in order to enter the Promised Land. The priests had to prove they believed God stop the flow of the Jordan River by stepping into the fast-flowing, flooded river before God would actually dam the water We too must prove what we say we believe if we want to reach our Promised Land. Believe God sent His Son to die for our sins, confess that we have sins that need to be paid for. Believe that Jesus was sinless and that God raised Him from the dead. Then accept Him as our Savior. This is just the beginning of our journey with Him in faith. Then we need to make Him our Lord and follow Him all the days of our life.
