God prophecied to Solomon that when he died, the kingdom of Israel would be divided into two separate nations. God was going to take the northern tribes from his son and give them to his servant, Jeroboam. Then God fulfilled his promise exactly. We discuss the tension between God's sovereignty and our freewill as we look at how God fulfills his plans through the lives of his people.
